Valmiera FC head coach Jurgis Kalns: ”There are no results, we didn’t have results in Daugavpils and we don’t have them today against Metta. We had to get those results here. We looked like the better team but the score is still 1:1. Same as against Daugavpils we are left with a single point. We don’t have any excuses for why is it the way it is but I can assure you that there is no need to jump off of a cliff, you have to continue working. Maybe I myself have to listen to my heart and not think about stuff that is around me. I have to look in the mirror and swallow the toad and move on. We are in a situation where we will have no other options but to win against top teams and show that we are worth something. We’ll beat Riga, RFS, Liepaja – there is no other way. That’s the mindset that we got to live with and we are living with it.
