Following the UEFA Conference League third qualifying round, second leg victory against SP Tre Penne (7:0) Valmiera FC goalkeeper Carlos Olses shared his thoughts and comments with the media.
Valmiera FC goalkeeper Carlos Olses: ‘’We first went to San Marino with a thought of winning that game. We had a good result, but we knew that we had to go with full power here. We couldn’t leave anything to chance and the team proved to be professional and disciplined. It was a game in which I think we had control of the ball, they did not press high. We expected to have a lot of control and opportunities and I think especially in the first minutes we took advantage of it.’’
