Four new players join Valmiera FC

Valmiera FC has added four young players to their team that has already started the training process with the team.

Kristians Kauselis – 18-year-old forward from Ilukste. BFC Daugavpils and De Graafschap Football Club Academy in the Netherlands alumni. He has five Latvian higher league games under his belt. He also represented the Latvian U-17 side where he scored 7 goals, meanwhile at the U-19 level in two games he has entered the game from the bench.

Olgerts Rascevskis – 19-year-old midfielder, BFC Daugavpils Alumni. Racevskis has played for the Latvian U-17 squad earning himself 687 minutes in 14 games he played, while at the U-19 level he has taken part in three games where he managed to score a single goal.

Klavs Lauva – 17-year-old goalie, who has learned the game of football in Liepaja. During the 2021/2022 season, he joined the Albatroz SC/FS Jelgava team, which plays in Optibet Nakotnes Liga, stepping in the net on three occasions, while a single rep for the player at the Latvian Cup. In 2019. Lauva made his debut at the U-16 level where he played a single game.

Artjems Saboha – 18-year-old midfielder from Rezekne. Jelgava FS alumni. He has played 11 games for Albatroz SC/FS Jelgava, while also playing three matches in the Latvian Cup.
